What’s the weather like at that time of the year ?
It’s pretty warm in May and very sunny in Morocco. A little bit cooler at the Kasbah than downtown Marrakech, but you will definitely enjoy dipping in the pool! You might want to bring proper shoes for the walks in the surroundings (hiking boots or sneakers)

How do I sign-up ?

How do I pay ?
50% deposit of total amount is requested by transfer to book your spot, then payment of the final balance is due 6 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
If the final balance is not received by the due date and there is no concise reason as to why, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled.
Cancellation policy
No one books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur… We encourage you to purchase a trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees will be covered should you have a medical problem prior to your trip or while on the trip. Trip insurance should also be purchased to cover medical expenses in the event you have an accident while on the retreat.
If you have to cancel your trip:
-Deposits will be refundable 2 months prior the retreat starting date, or you may use your deposit as a credit for a next retreat.
-Cancellation requests submitted 6 weeks prior to the retreat date: 50% of your deposit will be refunded and you can still use the other 50% as a credit for a further retreat.
-Deposits are non-refundable for any cancellation requests submitted after 6 weeks prior to the retreat date. You may use your deposit as a credit for a next retreat.
Any cancellation must be made in writing (via email) and be acknowledged by us.
Will I get the photos ?
In addition to the photos Virginie will take to document this retreat, there will be plenty of beautiful moments you will want to capture yourself. It will be an Instagram worthy stay so shoot away!
Guests will also have rights to use Virginie’s photos from the retreat, properly credited, across all media platforms. You will get a complimentary portrait taken by Virginie in one of the many fabulous spots at the Kasbah.
